Are you a specialist in flatbed securement looking for a regional carrier that pays for performance? Our steel division is currently adding professional Class A drivers to handle regional logistics for flat steel and pipe. We offer a transparent, revenue-sharing pay model and a commitment to ensuring our team is home for every weekend.

Financial and Revenue Package

• Contract Rate: Earn 27% of the total linehaul revenue on every shipment.
• Weekly Earnings: Gross pay averages between $1,500 and $2,000.
• Stipend: $300 weekly non-taxable per diem to support your on-road expenses.
• Incentive Pay: $40 per tarped load, $16 per hour for detention (starting after 2 hours), and $50 for 24-hour layover periods.

Fleet and Logistics Scope

• Equipment Standard: Operate late-model Freightliner or Kenworth automatic tractors (2022+).
• Schedule Reliability: Regional dispatch ensuring you return home every weekend.
• Volume Expectations: Consistent lanes providing 2,300 to 2,800 miles per week.
• Specialized Loads: Dedicated steel freight (pipe and flat steel); tarping required for 40–50% of loads.

Professional Standards

• Work History: Minimum 12 months of verifiable flatbed experience within the last 5 years.

• Safety Record: At least 22 years of age; no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years; zero Clearinghouse violations.
• Verification: Successful completion of a pre-employment urine drug screen.
