Job Overview

This role supports the Guest Experience team to create authentic and memorable experiences for our guests that distinguish us from other hotels. We prioritise our guests in every aspect of their journey with us. Those who are passionate about meeting new people, making a spontaneous impression, and think out of the box will enjoy this role.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome to the core of what being a Lobby Host is all about!

Here's the quick lowdown on what you'll do day-to-day:

• Greets and welcomes all hotel guests
• Assists hotel guests with their luggage and belongings; delivery of parcels, packages, messages to guest rooms; "Room/check-in" guests following all EAST Miami standard
• Assist the front desk during times of high-volume
• Performs all duties of Door Attendants
• Provides guests with accurate directions to area attractions, daily hotel events, and complete off property runs for guests as requested

Requirements

Here's exactly what you need to excel in this role:

The Non-Negotiables (Must-Haves):

• Must be able to lift or carry up to 50lbs
• Be able to speak, read, write in English
• Attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous

The Cherries on Top (Nice-to-Haves):

• Speak a second language
• Have previous experience in a similar position
