Additionally, you will assist with financial reviews for tenants by analyzing financial statements and ensuring the timely collection of necessary documents. The successful candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily. If requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.What You Will Do:Joint venture management support: Draft lease summaries and coordinate with legal and leasing teams to ensure timely approval of joint venture deals.Collect and compile monthly and quarterly reports, including occupancy and budget analysis, and liaise with the accounting department to address financial inquiriesFinancial review assistance for potential and existing tenantsAnalyze and interpret financial statements. Ensure the collection of all necessary financial documents. Communicate with the leasing team regarding any missing or outstanding documents.The Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position. The compensation for this position is determined based on several factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role. Final salary offers will be discussed during the interview process and will reflect the candidate's skills and the company's compensation structure.
