Cath Lab Tech - Travel Job

Earn full time pay and benefits while you assist physicians and other Cath lab personnel in conducting vital diagnostic tests and procedures; and operate advanced medical equipment to capture crucial images and data of the heart and blood vessels.

What You'll Need:

• ARRT certified Radiologic Technologist
• Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) preferred.
• Must have 2 years' experience in a Cath Lab hospital setting
• BLS & ACLS Certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• State specific licensing when required
• At least 2 years of cath lab experience
• BLS (AHA)

Assignment Details:

• Shift Hours: 7:30A - 4:00P
• Shift Days: Monday through Friday
• No weekend requirement
• Rotating call during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Rotate between scrubbing and circulating procedures, including operating x-ray equipment
• Assist with pre and post area, transporting, inventory management, and billing
• Experience with Philips Laser System, IVUS, OCT, and coronary and peripheral atherectomy devices is required for this assignment
• Work with two Siemens Artis Zee C-arms, McKesson CPACS, McKesson Cardiology, and the McKesson Hemodynamic System
