Conference Producer

Meister Media Worldwide is seeking a Conference Producer to manage the development of conference programming and speaker management across a portfolio of conferences and conference/trade shows. This role works closely with the Events Director and Content Leads to help shape program direction, manage timelines, coordinate speakers, and keep internal teams aligned to deliver high-quality, audience-driven events from concept through onsite execution. The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, organized, curious, and eager to grow their programming and project management skills. This person should be comfortable contributing ideas and perspectives while partnering closely with editorial and content leaders who help guide event strategy and content direction. Success in this role requires strong communication, attention to detail, initiative, and a sense of ownership over delivering exceptional event experiences.
