Catholic Health Home Care End Of Life RnCatholic Health Home Care is looking for passionate, dedicated RN to provide End of Life care to patients at home.5x 8 hour shifts (8:30AM to 4:30PM) - Rotating WeekendsAdditional compensation for visits over your caseloadOur Hospice RN's:The Community Hospice RN is responsible for providing nursing care to hospice patients, residents and/or family within their home setting, focusing on symptom management and pain control.The ideal candidate will have knowledge of hospice concepts, philosophy, policies and procedures. Prior experience in home care, hospice and/or oncology preferred.Qualifications:Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum of one year of recent hands on experienceBasic Life Support CertificationCurrent, valid NY State driver's license and own transportation.Posted Salary RangeUSD $55.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
