All sessions are conducted one‑on‑one for a full hour in a private treatment room. This allows therapists to effectively use their problem‑solving skills to delve deep into the root causes of client issues, employing creative diagnostic and treatment methods that go beyond traditional approaches. The manageable caseload helps decrease burnout and increase overall job satisfaction—our therapists can vouch for this! Schedule Flexibility Our physical therapists excel at managing their own schedules, aligning work commitments with personal responsibilities. This role requires a minimum of 18 hours of client visits per week, with specific days and times determined by you. If you aim to treat a higher number of clients per week, we are eager to collaborate with you to meet your professional goals. Experience And Qualifications Given the one‑on‑one nature of our work setting, which offers limited therapist interaction, we recommend candidates have at least two years of experience in an orthopedic setting. A valid license to practice physical therapy in Georgia is required, along with strong capabilities in managing diverse client portfolios, developing tailored treatment plans, and demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication.
