What You'll Do

• Provide outpatient hematology and oncology care for patients with solid tumors and hematologic malignancies
• Support treatment administration including chemotherapy and immunotherapy
• Collaborate closely with hematologists/oncologists, nurses, and other support staff
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care coordination
• Support a multidisciplinary team, including infusion services, nurse navigators, and ancillary providers
• Educate patients and support care planning and follow-up
• Manage patients across all ages in a busy outpatient setting with 11-16 patients per day

What You Need

• Minnesota state license and current Board Certification as PA or APP
• Experience in outpatient hematology/oncology preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
