Be a positive role model, mentor, and cheerleader. Keep Things Organized Complete required documentation accurately and on time. Assist with finances, purchases, and ensuring funds are properly tracked. Health & Happiness Hero Support medication administration, medical appointments, and emotional well-being. Prepare meals and assist with personal hygiene and daily care needs. Safety Guru Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment. Follow safety procedures, including transportation safety and emergency protocols. Build strong relationships with individuals, families, coworkers, and the community. Attend trainings and meetings and contribute positively to the team. What You’ll Need High school diploma or equivalent. A big heart and a passion for helping others. Basic communication, math, and money-handling skills. Valid driver’s license or state ID.
