A day in this role

Picture yourself stepping onto a clean, well-run warehouse floor in Johnson County. You complete your pre-shift checks and rotate between a sit-down forklift, a stand-up forklift, and a reach truck to move pallets with precision. You keep orders flowing, communicate clearly with your team, and double-check labels so everything gets where it needs to go—safely and on time.

This respected warehouse is growing and adding multiple operators across two shifts. The team enjoys low turnover, strong benefits, and steady hours. Hiring is underway now.

Pay & benefits

Starting pay: $19.00 – $19.50 per hour

Schedule options

1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (overtime as needed)

What you’ll bring

Hands-on experience operating a sit-down forklift, a stand-up forklift, and a reach truck
Strong organization habits with sharp attention to detail
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to be on your feet and moving throughout the entire shift
Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs
