Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
• Accepting new graduates and experienced SLPs (CFY and CCC welcome)
• School-based experience or a strong passion for working with K-8 students
• Ability to work full-time, onsite (no virtual assignments)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-8th grade students onsite
• Develop, implement, and update IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, analyze results, and maintain detailed progress notes
• Communicate and partner with educators, families, and staff to maximize student success
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
