Position Overview:

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
• Provide immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
• Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for our team
• Be a friendly and encouraging team player
• Open and/or close shifts as a key holder
• Count drawers and finalize the day
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

• Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Have reliable transportation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
• Commitment to superior customer service
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
• Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred but not required

Work schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability
