Position Overview:
- Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
- Provide immediate and respectful response to guest's needs
- Assist in training new hires and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly and encouraging team player
- Open and/or close shifts as a key holder
- Count drawers and finalize the day
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Smile and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
- Make emotional connections with guests
- Have reliable transportation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve team members
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues
- Prior experience as a shift lead, supervisor, or in a similar role is preferred but not required
