Responsibilities
As Team Leader and CEO, you will:
- Drive growth, profitability, and market share
- Recruit and attract top real estate talent
- Consult agents to higher levels of production
- Develop future leaders and leadership talent
- Lead the Agent Leadership Council (ALC)
- Build and protect a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
- Execute proven Keller Williams models and systems
- Create opportunities for agents, staff, and leaders to build wealth and careers

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:
- Proven leadership experience
- A track record of recruiting, coaching, and developing people
- Strong sales and business acumen
- Exceptional communication and emotional intelligence
- A growth mindset and high level of personal accountability
- The ability to inspire, influence, and drive results
- A real estate license (or ability to obtain one quickly)
