Your day to day as a Manager of Program Managers

Are you the Manager of Program Managers we're looking for?

To excel as the Manager of Program Managers at Commercial Tool Group, candidates must possess a strong foundation in engineering, preferably with a degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Plastics Technology. Your 10+ years of experience in program management or related fields, coupled with a proven track record in a leadership role, will be crucial. A minimum of 5 years in the tooling industry—specifically in plastic injection and compression mold—will equip you with the specialized knowledge needed for this position. Success in this role demands exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster collaborative relationships within your team and with external stakeholders.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Plastics Technology, or other related fields) preferred
• 10+ years experience in program management or related fields with a proven track record of success in a leadership role
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the tooling industry (plastic injection, compression mold)
