Remote CORE Incident Response Specialist
Switch
Switch is seeking a CORE Support Specialist I to provide front-line operational support for services in the CORE ecosystem. You will act as the primary contact for incidents and service requests, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to restore service and communicate clearly to customers.
The role supports 24/7 operations, follows established procedures, and emphasizes accurate execution and timely updates. Night/weekend rotations are required as part of the schedule.
