The partner will source and lead complex advisory engagements and drive strategic outcomes for distressed companies, creditors, and other stakeholders. By joining EisnerAmper, you’ll be part of a dedicated team of seasoned restructuring professionals focused on delivering exceptional service and creating lasting value for clients and stakeholders.What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industryYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balanceYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutionsWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundationShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best workWhat Work You Will be Responsible For: Leading and advising on all aspects of the restructuring process—including strategy development, liquidity management, parallel process execution, out-of-court and bankruptcy preparation, and implementation—for distressed companies and creditor groups, including unsecured creditors, senior lenders, and trustees.Managing cross-functional teams delivering services including financial analysis, operational restructuring, forensic investigations, and valuation supportRepresenting clients in fiduciary roles, including serving as financial advisor, plan administrator, or trustee, with a focus on maximizing value and ensuring complianceDeveloping and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities and expanding EisnerAmper’s presence in the restructuring marketCollaborating with firm leadership to shape practice strategy, go-to-market initiatives, and service offeringsRepresenting the firm as a thought leader through industry involvement, speaking engagements, and published contentMentoring and developing team members, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and professional growthMay be required to occasionally work extended hours, or travel to/work from different firm offices and/or client locationsBasic Qualifications: Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in restructuring, turnaround, or insolvency advisory, preferably within a professional services or consulting firmBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related fieldProven record leading complex engagements involving distressed companies, creditor committees, or fiduciary rolesAdvanced knowledge of bankruptcy and insolvency process.Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships and originate new businessExperience in building and managing high performing teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsPreferred/Desired Qualifications:MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferredCPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, or other relevant professional certificationEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences.
