What You Need Skills & Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Valid PA medical license ACLS and PALS certifications Minimum of 2 years of relevant anesthesia experience, preferably in cardiac or surgical settings Proficiency in Epic EMR systems Strong patient care skills with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to variable schedules Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in Level I Trauma centers Knowledge of complex cardiac procedures Ability to collaborate seamlessly with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Prior experience with multi-shift schedules or on-call responsibilities Preferred Education & Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Proven track record in cardiac anesthesia and high-volume surgical environments Prior credentialing in a hospital setting, with ability to complete expedited credentialing upon approval Other Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for an active PA medical license and IMLC license of record Availability for a flexible schedule, including 4 days of 10-hour shifts Willingness to work in a fast-paced hospital environment with diverse patient populations Employment type: W-2 with comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, paid sick leave, and licensure/reimbursement support Take the next step in your anesthesiology career and become a vital part of our cardiac surgery team.
