¡Buscamos un Cocinero con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo! Prepararás y cocinarás una variedad de platos para que los disfruten los clientes del restaurante.
Te apasiona crear experiencias gastronómicas excepcionales mediante comida buena y de calidad. Con experiencia previa como cocinero, puedes gestionar múltiples prioridades y contribuir a un ambiente de equipo amigable y productivo. Idealmente, cuentas con la certificación ServeSafe o de Manipulador de Alimentos.
Responsabilidades:
Inspeccionar y limpiar las áreas de preparación de alimentos, como equipos y superficies de trabajo o áreas de servicio, para garantizar prácticas seguras e higiénicas de manipulación de alimentos
Garantizar la frescura de los alimentos y los ingredientes comprobando su calidad, llevando un control de los artículos antiguos y nuevos y rotando las existencias
Garantizar que los alimentos se almacenen y cocinen a la temperatura correcta regulando la temperatura de hornos, asadores, parrillas y rostizadores
Sazonar y cocinar los alimentos de acuerdo con las recetas o según el criterio y la experiencia personal
Dar la vuelta o revolver los alimentos para garantizar una cocción uniforme
Responder a los comentarios de los clientes con la urgencia y el profesionalismo adecuados
Requisitos:
Se prefiere experiencia previa como cocinero de restaurante
Certificación ServeSafe o de Manipulador de Alimentos (o disposición para obtenerla)
Habilidades de comunicación efectiva
Capacidad para levantar más de 30 libras
Capacidad para trabajar de pie durante más de 8 horas
