About the Opportunity

Join a growing urology program in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where demand is strong and the department is expanding to support the needs of the community. This is a full-time general urology opportunity with access to a recently expanded clinic, strong APP support, robotic technology, and a flexible schedule designed to support both clinical growth and work-life balance.

Full-time general urology position with some opportunity for subspecialization.

$700,000 never-ending base salary with $76.50 wRVU conversion factor

$120,000 sign-on bonus

Join an established department supported by five APPs who assist in both clinic and inpatient settings.

Recently updated and expanded clinic located on the medical campus

Flexible schedule- 4 day work week available

Two robots onsite (optional to use)

5 weekdays of call per month, with no weekend call responsibilities

Adult patient population only.
