GBAM Req ID: 10655917 Job Description Experienced Lead Ontologist / Knowledge Engineer to design, build, and govern enterprise ontologies, knowledge models, and semantic solutions. The role focuses on enabling semantic interoperability, knowledge representation, and inference-ready data models that support analytics, AI, interoperability, and enterprise decision‑making. Roles & Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and governance of ontologies and knowledge models Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and semantic models aligned to business and domain needs Develop and manage taxonomies, vocabularies, metadata, and controlled terminologies Enable semantic interoperability across systems, APIs, and data platforms Collaborate with architects, data engineers, product owners, and domain experts Guide teams on ontology modeling standards, best practices, and reuse strategies Support knowledge graph and semantic reasoning use cases Review and validate solution designs for semantic consistency and correctness Drive adoption of industry standards and reference ontologies Author and maintain semantic documentation and governance artifacts Qualifications Proven experience designing ontologies, semantic models, or knowledge graphs Strong understanding of knowledge representation and semantic principles Hands‑on experience with ontology modeling tools and frameworks Experience with data modeling, metadata, and information architecture Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills Eligibility Regulated position requiring TAG for US Citizens or US Persons only (ITAR, NERC CIP, NRC, and other applicable regulations) Additional Technical Requirements Define target data architecture for enterprise image storage, metadata, and interoperability Ensure alignment with Humana's IDP, UDAP, and broader modernization roadmap Establish data models, standards, and governance for image and metadata assets Enable reuse of image data across AI, analytics, and interoperability use cases Provide architectural oversight to ensure long‑term scalability and maintainability Managerial Skills Experience working in agile development projects and sprint delivery Essential Skills Data Architecture and Modeling Experience Required 8–10 years #J-18808-Ljbffr Broughton Group
