Industrial Sewing Machine Operator / QuilterWe’re hiring an Industrial Sewing Machine Operator / Quilter to join a manufacturing production team. This is a hands-on position for someone with industrial sewing or quilting machine experience who is comfortable working with heavy-duty fabrics and materials.What You’ll DoSet up and operate industrial quilting and sewing machinesAdjust machine settings, including speed and tensionFeed and position materials to produce accurate stitching patternsInspect finished products for quality and accuracyTroubleshoot basic machine or production issuesPerform quality checks and identify defectsManually cut fabric and patterns using a rotary cutterAssist with loading fabric rolls onto production equipmentComplete daily production and quality recordsFollow SOPs, ISO quality standards, and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized work areaWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious industrial sewing machine experience preferredUp to 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experienceComfortable setting up and operating high-speed production equipmentAbility to read specifications, patterns, and work instructions in EnglishStrong attention to detail and product qualityGood hand and finger dexterityComfortable performing repetitive production workDependable and able to work as part of a teamHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit or stand for an 8-hour shiftAbility to lift, pull, and handle materials up to 20 lbs.Comfortable performing repetitive hand and arm movementsGreat fit for candidates with experience in: Industrial Sewing • Quilting • Textile Manufacturing • Sewing Machine Operation • Fabric Cutting • Upholstery • Production
