Senior Accountant

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant. This role will oversee key accounting functions, support financial reporting and month-end close, and ensure the accuracy of financial records. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $45-$48 an hour. Responsibilities: Manage general ledger activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Support month-end and year-end close processes Analyze account balances and investigate discrepancies Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls Support other accounting projects as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 4+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines CPA or CPA eligibility preferred Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
