Surgical Onsite Specialist - Atlanta, GA

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Onsite Specialist in Atlanta to provide procedural support, training, and technical assistance across surgical centers. The field-based role involves frequent travel throughout the territory, supporting physicians and surgical teams with product utilization, equipment maintenance, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time procedural support and technical troubleshooting during surgical cases
- Lead training sessions for physicians, residents, and surgical staff on product applications
- Perform equipment upgrades, maintenance, and conduct fleet audits for compliance
- Support product trials, implementations, and account expansion initiatives with the Surgical Account Manager
- Maintain inventory tracking and generate leads in Salesforce to drive business growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to reside within 50 miles of territory
- Preferred: 1+ year B2B sales or clinical sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and MS Teams
- Results-driven mindset with strong work ethic and ability to deliver product demonstrations
