Job Overview

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for flexible assignments with busy dental practices in and around Glendale, Wisconsin.

Opportunities may include per diem shifts, short-term coverage, and ongoing assignments. This role is ideal for dependable Dental Assistants who can quickly join a clinical team and help provide an organized, positive patient experience.

What You'll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
• Assist dentists chairside during procedures
• Take and process dental X-rays
• Clean and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Assist with impressions and general clinical duties
• Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
• Dental radiography certification or registration as required in Wisconsin
• Current CPR certification
• Dependable and comfortable working in a busy dental office

Pay and Schedule

• Starting at $28 per hour, based on experience
• Flexible scheduling
• Per diem, short-term, and ongoing assignments
• Weekly pay
