Agency Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Overview Office Manager – Insurance Agency (In Person, Roswell, GA). We are seeking a driven, organized, and bilingual Office Manager to lead daily operations at our in person insurance agency in Roswell, GA. This role oversees a team of 7 employees and ensures the office runs smoothly, professionally, and with a strong focus on customer service and production goals. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and ensure a professional, client-ready environment Lead, coach, and support a team of 7 employees Conduct daily huddles, weekly meetings, and 1:1 performance check-ins Oversee scheduling, PTO, workload distribution, and accountability Meet with customers in person to review coverage, explain policies, and present multiline and life insurance solutions Support sales, retention, and cross-selling initiatives Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and clarity Ensure compliance with agency procedures and carrier guidelines Maintain accurate documentation and secure handling of sensitive information Train team members on systems, processes, and insurance best practices Required Qualifications Property & Casualty license Life and Health license Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the insurance industry Experience with multiline insurance (auto, home, renters, umbrella, life, health) Strong understanding of underwriting, quoting, and carrier processes Proven experience managing or leading a team Bilingual: English and Spanish (fluent) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field Strong computer skills (CRM/AMS systems, carrier portals, spreadsheets) Benefits Disability Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Compensation Base salary from $70K-$90K depending on experience plus annual bonus based on results.
