Legal Recruiter

Eleven Recruiting is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join one of our largest Legal clients in Downtown, Los Angeles. Reporting to Head of Talent, this role manages full-cycle recruitment for high-level staff and business professional positions across the firm's national Global Services departments. The ideal candidate brings deep recruiting experience within a legal or professional services environment and thrives in a high-expectation, detail-oriented setting. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-level staff positions — from requisition through onboarding — across national and international departments. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with the firm's talent objectives. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on best practices, compliance, and market data. Actively source candidates through job boards, recruitment platforms, and alternative channels to maintain a strong pipeline. Build and manage relationships with external search firms; review and negotiate agency terms in the firm's best interest. Conduct initial phone screens and refer qualified candidates to hiring managers. Extend and negotiate verbal and written offers of employment. Maintain the firm's applicant tracking system and ensure accurate, timely configuration. Complete pre-employment checks and coordinate new hire onboarding. Partner with stakeholders to design meaningful onboarding and integration experiences. Track and report key recruitment metrics — including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire — to firm leadership. Support department initiatives and continuously improve candidate and hiring manager experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strongly preferred within a legal environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-level requisitions simultaneously. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the firm. High degree of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. Global talent acquisition experience preferred. Pay Rate: $42.00/hr #J-18808-Ljbffr
