Subcontracts Specialist

Job summary: Join Our Client to build history on generation-defining projects! We are seeking an onsite Subcontracts Specialist with a bachelor's and 5+ years of subcontracting experience to lead negotiations and ensure project compliance. Location: Clay, New York Job type: Contract Salary: $51.40 - 66.73 per hour Work hours: 8am to 4pm Education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead the formation, commercial evaluation, and award of small-value, routine subcontracts and services agreements in compliance with project requirements. Direct commercial negotiations for small-value contracts and assist senior professionals with complex, high-value commitments. Administer subcontracts by conducting progress reviews, monitoring performance, forecasting, and resolving specific subcontract problems as they arise. Prepare key subcontracting documents, commercial bid summaries, status reports, and execution packages. Organize and lead pre-bid, bid clarification, and pre-award meetings to align Our Client, customers, and contractors on all contractual matters.
