Agricultural/Tractor Technician

$50 per week

You\'ll help us keep lawn & garden equipment running strong to support homeowners and landscaping professionals who maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. You\'ll help us keep agricultural equipment running strong to support the farmers and operations that support our communities. What You\'ll Get To Do Keep tractors, mowers, and agricultural equipment running strong, diagnosing, repairing, and fine-tuning to prevent downtime during critical farming seasons. Handle both big mechanical jobs and small details that speed up repairs, avoid wasted parts and labor, ensure peak performance and safety, prevent costly breakdowns, and extend equipment life. Work on all systems, including engines, hydraulics, electrical, and transmissions, plus farm implement repairs that keep operations moving. Communicate with the parts team to avoid delays and maintain records that make future service smoother. Keep customers happy and farming operations moving by making sure equipment is reliable and field-ready. About You You\'ve got 3+ years of experience performing service repairs on agricultural equipment, or you\'re someone with strong technical and mechanical skills willing to learn a lifelong trade. You have proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in agricultural equipment repair. Fuel injection, electronic governor, welding, and fabrication experience are all a plus. You take pride in keeping things safe, accurate, and built to last, but don\'t take yourself too seriously. You\'ve got a valid NYS driver\'s license and can operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes. Even Better, But Not Required Basic Service Technician certification Diesel engine certifications or experience servicing Typical Schedule Monday - Friday (some weekends as needed). Start and end times can fluctuate based on workload, but typical times are 7:00 am - 4/5:00 pm. What\'s In It For You Workplace Culture & Management Style No micromanagement. Compensation & Benefits Yearly raises and bonuses for cost-of-living and merit. 401K plan with discretionary matching contributions (typically 50-100% match up to 6%). 100% company-paid single medical plan (employee pays for dependents) with $50 per week contribution to HSA for high-deductible medical plan participants. Low-cost dental & vision insurance. $50,000 life insurance, AD&D, and LTD fully covered by the company starting day one. Paid uniforms and annual tool and boot allowance. Time Off & Leave Vacation for full-time employees:

  1. week after 1 year
  2. weeks after 2 years
  3. weeks after 5 years
