Hiring Full or Part Time! Our growing Dental practice is ready to welcome a new Hygienist to our team! We are a privately owned, general dental practice in Odessa serving a wide variety of patients offering both general and expanded dental services. Our ideal Hygienist will be: ● Licensed in Hygiene in the state of TX ● Goal focused ● Growth minded ● An excellent communicator ● A team player ● Patient experience and health minded Our dental practice is: ● Privately owned ● Growing ● Fun ● Hardworking ● Culture focused ● Educated and always learning ● Offering competitive pay for the right hygiene team member Hygiene Expectations are, but not limited to: ● Co-Diagnosis and patient preparation for Doctor's exams ● Yearly periodontal charting updates a minimum ● Radiographs taken by determination of need and allowance, no less than one time per year ● Maintenance of recare schedule ● Chair-side charting and treatment planning ● Direct communication with patients and team If you are looking for your next dental hygiene home and feel that this position could be a great fit for you, send your resume today.
