Key Responsibilities Maintain and update the CourtAlert docketing database with incoming court filings. Calculate and track litigation deadlines, providing daily and weekly reports. Assist attorneys with electronic and manual court filings in New York state and federal courts. Monitor court dockets, conduct case research, and liaise with court clerks. Provide training on docketing procedures and electronic filing systems. Occasionally attend court to file and retrieve documents. Ensure firm-wide compliance with procedural and administrative court requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm is preferred. Proficiency in New York court rules, NYSCEF, PACER, and e‑filing systems. Experience using CourtAlert or MA3000 preferred. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Notary Public license is a plus.
