What To Expect

You love your job but want to develop further? Caspar Health was founded by three experienced founders to easily, better, and successfully connect clinics with their patients digitally, thereby sustainably improving health. If you are interested, you are in the right place and will be among the first Caspar therapists in Germany.

As we continuously grow and start new clinics and thus take on new patients, we are looking for further support for the team several times a year. Part-time is only available from 35 hours/week, full-time is also very welcome. We value your expertise and would like to share the salary range for this position transparently with you. The salary for this position is according to our salary bands. Your starting salary is 3,000 euros gross per month (full-time 40h) and increases after a probationary period to 3,373 euros per month (full-time 40h).

Your Challenges

You work in our Caspar Clinic in an interdisciplinary team of therapists from different fields, medical and psychotherapeutic colleagues.

With the help of the Caspar app, chat, and telephone, patients are individually cared for in various aftercare concepts (e.g., IRENA, IRENA Neuro, prevention, obesity) by you.

After a personal welcome phone call, you create an individual training plan in our application according to the diagnosis, needs, and wishes of the patient.

You motivate your patients to increase therapy adherence.

You are welcome to bring your own creative ideas to the team of patient care and help establish new structures and processes.

Your Profile

You have a completed professional training/study as a therapist (physiotherapist, sports scientist).

You have at least 2 years of professional experience as a therapist with patients in the rehabilitation area.

You have collected relevant experience in oncology in addition to orthopedics.

You have an affinity for digital media and their use in healthcare.

You are empathetic, communicative, and respectful.

You speak fluent German and have at least basic knowledge of English.
