• Equipped with 5 da Vinci robots, 2 lasers, and 2 complete ureteroscopy setups
• Utilizes advanced technologies such as Focal One, Rezum, Aquablation, Thunderbeat, and urodynamics/uroflow in the clinic

Position Highlights:

• General urology role with support for subspecialty interests, including FPMRS or urologic oncology
• Collaborate with a team of three full-time urologists and four dedicated advanced practice providers (APPs)
• 1:4 call schedule, with APPs managing first call and hospitalists overseeing admissions
• Flexible schedule featuring a 3-day clinic and 2-day operating room commitment with dedicated OR block time
• High-volume practice with ample opportunities for rapid patient ramp-up
• Supportive team culture with minimal competition and strong partner relationships
• Single hospital, unified electronic medical record system, and seamless workflow with the clinic located just steps from the hospital
• Open to J1 and H-1B visa candidates
• Offers a 2-year guaranteed base salary or a production-based compensation model with additional income opportunities
