Licenses and Certifications: Active CPR (or BLS) upon hire; LPT (Licensed Physical Therapist) eligible for licensure in Texas upon hire. No Experience Required Licenses and Certifications: Active CPR (BLS) upon hire; LPT eligible for licensure in Texas upon hire. Preferred Experience: 1 year of pelvic physical therapy experience. Job Duties Apply therapeutic principles and practices with strong clinical judgment, ensuring patient safety while maximizing treatment potential. Identify and record problem areas on evaluation; set realistic goals with time frames. Design treatment plans based on patient problems and goals; evaluate effectiveness and adjust as needed. Prepare patients for discharge in an organized, efficient manner, including accurate submission of equipment needs. Promote teamwork by treating all staff fairly, facilitating two‑way communication, and maintaining a collaborative attitude. Organize patient treatment time efficiently. Record patient progress concisely, accurately, and timely. Perform other duties as assigned.
