Dermatology Nurse Practitioner

Dermatology Nurse Practitioner
Location: Carolina Beach , Hampstead & Leland, NC
Schedule: Mon - Fri (Days)
Responsibilities:- Perform comprehensive dermatologic evaluations, including detailed histories and full body skin examinations.
- Diagnose and manage common and chronic dermatologic conditions (acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dermatitis, fungal infections, rashes, etc.).
- Identify and treat precancerous and cancerous lesions (AK, BCC, SCC, melanoma) within scope of practice.
- Perform medical dermatology procedures including:
Ø Shave, punch, and excisional biopsies
Ø Cryotherapy
Ø Lesion removal
Ø Wound care and post-procedure management
- Order, review, and interpret dermatopathology and diagnostic tests.
- Master's Degree from an accredited PA program
- Current NP license in North Carolina
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Dermatology
- Strong diagnostic reasoning and procedural skills
