Primary Responsibilities Seeking process improvement through efficiency or technology advancements in all areas of work Assisting with UHG's quarterly international tax provision and effective tax rate projections, including coordination with non-US business lines Preparing US international tax compliance and reporting forms (including Forms 5471, 8858, 8865, 1118, etc.) Preparing responses to information requests from tax auditors Assisting with tracking of tax attributes, including outside basis and E&P pools Supporting planning initiatives and special projects on an as‑needed basis Partnering with income tax teams beyond international to support other tax compliance and planning projects as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a JD 1+ years of relevant experience, preferably with a Fortune 500 corporate tax or finance department or international CPA firm Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and cross‑functional environment Proficient in Excel Attention to detail with solid organizational skills Solid writing and quantitative skills Openness to leveraging new technology to support process improvement, including automation and optimizing manual workflows Preferred Qualifications CPA and/or MST Compensation & Benefits Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full‑time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
