Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for patients in a progressive care unit.
• Monitor and manage patients requiring cardiac telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and perform detailed patient assessments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records utilizing EPIC charting system.

Qualifications

• Current SC RN license with eligibility to practice.
• Minimum of 1 year recent PCU/IMC/Stepdown experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP, cardiac telemetry, and managing cardiac drips.
• Proficient in EPIC or equivalent EMR systems preferred.
• Ability to manage 4-5 patients in acute care settings.
