As our Surgery Scheduler/MORII, you will be a critical orchestrator of complex operational logistics, ensuring seamless alignment of resources, personnel, and services. Every day, you will expertly manage intricate scheduling and resource allocation while meticulously entering and maintaining data. You will also produce schedules, and oversee template maintenance. To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and proficiency with scheduling systems. Your proactive approach and commitment to operational precision are paramount.

• Process patient requests for referrals and authorizations both internal and external.
• Encounter form processing and batching.
• Scheduling in/out patient medical procedures.
• Greet arriving patients and manage patient wait times.
• Assist patients with necessary completion of paperwork.
• Provide informational services registration of all patients.
