We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Sales Executive who specializes in HVAC and Plumbing for the Construction industry. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will play a critical role in driving sales and expanding our business. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our HVAC and Plumbing services. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area or market segment(s) for HVAC and Plumbing services.
2. Identify potential clients, generate leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
3. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
4. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities.
6. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers while maintaining strong relationships.
7. Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedication.
8. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
9. Attend industry events and seminars to stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in the HVAC and Plumbing sector.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proven track record of successful sales experience in the HVAC and Plumbing sector.
4. Proficient in all aspects of sales, including business-to-business (B2B) sales.
5. Strong knowledge and experience in mechanical estimation.
6. Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
7. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
8. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
9. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
11. Ability to travel as needed.
