Network Surveillance Technician

Working overnight from Thursday to Monday, the full-time Network Surveillance Technician will provide tactical response for monitoring and coordinating outage responses, ensuring real-time operations support during major incidents in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Monitor and coordinate outage responses and triage for Tier I inputs, including network and system monitoring Provide real-time operations support during major incidents, validating and escalating network/system issues Follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure effective incident management Required qualifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance U.S. Citizenship required Associate degree or a High School diploma with 2 years of relevant experience Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in network/system surveillance Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Active Directory principles
