Job Title: ER Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Evening Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting License: Current Indiana or compact RN license Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Emergency Nursing experience Description: The Emergency Department is a verified Level 2 Adult and Pediatric Trauma center. The department has an L-shaped layout consisting of 40 rooms. These include 23 non-monitored single rooms and 13 monitored rooms that can accommodate 2 patients if needed. There are also 4 resuscitation bays for critical trauma and medical patients. The department employs a Team Nursing approach to provide seamless care. Candidates must have 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC. Mandatory attendance is required for orientation sessions.
