Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to assist our client's Project Controls team in adhering to the relevant laws, regulations, standards, and policies that affect its operations. The ideal candidate is fundamentally sound in executive reporting, regulatory, legal writing, and discovery. The regulatory compliance specialist may perform various tasks, such as: Conducting audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks Developing and implementing compliance policies, procedures, and training programs Monitoring and reporting on the status and effectiveness of compliance activities Researching and staying updated on the changes and developments in the regulatory environment Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as management, employees, regulators, auditors, and customers Providing guidance and advice on compliance issues and best practices We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Demonstrated knowledge of financial concepts, GAAP practices, analytical techniques, and regulatory issues. Effective analytical, computer, problem assessment, and problem-solving skills. Effective written, oral, and presentation skills. Strong Excel skills. Ability to evaluate and recommend courses of action, in response to inquiries. (I = Entry Level with 1-2 years of experience.
