About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Caregiver to provide personalized in-home care for senior clients. The caregiver will assist with ADLs and IADLs, personal care, daily routines, companionship, light household tasks, errands, and maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment. The ideal candidate is patient, dependable, and caring, with a genuine passion for helping seniors maintain their independence and quality of life at home. What You’ll Do Daily Care (ADLs):

• Personal hygiene (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility support & safe transfers
• Toileting & incontinence care
• Meal assistance and feeding (if needed)

• Light housekeeping & laundry
• Meal prep & grocery shopping
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship (conversation, walks, activities!)

• Experience caring for seniors or in a similar role
• Comfortable assisting with full-spectrum care (ADLs + IADLs)
• Kind, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to follow care plans and communicate clearly
• Valid driver’s license (preferred)

• Have CPR, First Aid, CNA or HHA certification
• Enjoy coastal walks, light activities, or games
• Bring a great sense of humor

• $18–$22 per hour (based on shift type and experince)

• Compassionate, patient, and passionate about helping seniors
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus (not required)
• Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
• Ability to push/pull up to 50 lbs and lift up to 30 lbs
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
