THE TEAM

The Retail team supports the strategy and growth of retail across Rosewood’s collection of luxury hotels and resorts worldwide. Working closely with corporate, brand and property teams, the team creates distinctive products, partnerships and experiences that bring Rosewood’s Sense of Place philosophy to life while strengthening commercial performance across physical and digital channels. Reporting to the Vice President, Retail and Partnerships, Global, this role works closely with hotel operations, commercial, marketing, wellness, digital and brand teams across the Americas to shape and grow Rosewood’s luxury retail business.

YOUR ROLE

As Senior Manager, Retail, AMER, you will drive the continued growth and performance of Rosewood’s luxury retail offering across hotel properties and e-commerce platforms throughout the Americas. You will oversee a diverse portfolio spanning fashion, home, gifting, wellness, beauty, food and lifestyle products, ensuring every assortment reflects the unique identity and guest experience of each property. Combining commercial expertise, luxury buying, product development and partnership management, you will lead regional retail planning, contribute to financial performance, and identify opportunities that enhance revenue, profitability and brand relevance. You will also play a key role in brand collaborations, new openings, e-commerce growth and the evolution of Rosewood’s omnichannel retail experience.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

Own the regional retail P&L across offline and online channels, delivering sales, profit and performance targets aligned with business goals. Develop and manage regional budgets, sales forecasts, inventory investment, margins and sell-through performance, using data-driven insights to inform buying decisions. Lead the development of luxury product assortments, exclusive collections and strategic brand partnerships that strengthen the Rosewood retail offering. Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with premium brands, designers, manufacturers and suppliers to deliver commercially successful and differentiated products. Drive the growth and performance of the regional Gift Card programme, overseeing strategy, partnerships, operations and revenue opportunities across B2B and B2C channels. Support retail opportunities for new hotel openings, e-commerce expansion and broader omnichannel initiatives across the Americas. Partner with commercial, digital, marketing, operations and wellness teams to deliver exceptional retail experiences and maximise customer engagement. Lead, develop and coach team members while championing retail excellence, product knowledge and commercial best practices throughout the region.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

You bring significant experience in luxury retail, luxury hospitality retail, or a similarly premium consumer environment. You have strong commercial expertise across retail financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, margin management, inventory planning and sales analysis. You have a successful track record in luxury buying, product development, merchandise planning, supplier management and brand partnerships. You are confident negotiating with brands, manufacturers, designers and suppliers, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and can successfully manage multiple projects, stakeholders and priorities simultaneously. You are an excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills and advanced fluency in English; additional language capabilities are an advantage. You combine strategic thinking with attention to detail and are comfortable working independently while collaborating across diverse teams. You bring a genuine passion for luxury lifestyle, hospitality, travel, wellness and culture, with a keen awareness of emerging market trends.
