We’re looking for someone who takes pride in being on time, professional, and dependable . Who This Is For: You enjoy driving and working independently. You take responsibility seriously. You want to grow into higher-level driving roles. This is NOT for someone who: Is careless or disorganized. Shows up late or cuts corners. Doesn’t take pride in their work. What You’ll Do: Deliver mulch, soil, rock, sod, and other materials. Operate F350 trucks with dump trailers and flatbeds. Operate equipment to load material. Potential to operate CDL trucks as you grow. Communicate with yard team and customers. Ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading. What Winning Looks Like: Deliveries are on time and accurate. Customers have a smooth, professional experience. Equipment is handled safely and responsibly. You operate independently without issues. Requirements: Clean driving record preferred. Comfortable driving trucks and trailers. Reliable, early, and consistent. Able to work outdoors. Pay & Growth: Hourly + performance bonuses. Opportunity to move into CDL roles.
