The Ballet Dance Instructor is responsible for guiding students in the art and technique of ballet, helping them develop both skill and appreciation for the form. This role involves planning structured classes, evaluating student progress, and fostering a positive and disciplined learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Train students in ballet techniques and movements
- Plan and organize ballet classes and practice sessions
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback
- Create and teach choreography for recitals and performances
- Manage classroom discipline and ensure a supportive learning space
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in ballet instruction
