Patient Care Technician

Responsibilities: Provide emotional and physical support to patients in hospital and residential settings Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation Support activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene Complete documentation and support treatment programming Help maintain a safe, therapeutic environment Qualifications: High school diploma required Behavioral health education, CNA certification, or related experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills Ability to work compassionately with individuals facing behavioral health challenges Compensation: $15.57 - $21.79/hour, based on education and experience, plus potential shift differentials and incentives.
