Our organization is on the lookout for an Internal Medicine physician to become part of our expanding outpatient practice located in Phoenix, AZ. This position represents a genuine outpatient opportunity aimed at an Adult/Medicare demographic aged 60 and above, tailored for physicians who aspire to deliver high-quality medical care with robust support and a consistent schedule. • No extended hours or weekend shifts

• Work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Exclusively outpatient—no responsibilities in hospitals or skilled nursing facilities

• Minimal on-call duties, handled via phone and shared among physicians in the Phoenix area

• Scheduled administrative time included

• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and student loan support available if needed

• Bonus based on quality metrics (not RVU-driven)

• We eliminate unnecessary tasks so our physicians can concentrate on delivering quality care

You will have the backing of a dedicated care team, enabling you to prioritize patient care over administrative tasks:

• Support from medical assistants and center staff

• Care coordination assistance

• Average patient load of 12-14 per day after ramp-up

• Focus on relationship-based, physician-led care

• Utilization of an efficient, cloud-based electronic health record system
