About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. I've spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace that's upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. We're a family here, everyone genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating each other's wins. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
