About Our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2010 and is made up of a dedicated team of five full-time and one part-time team member. I've spent my entire 39-year career in the insurance industry (32 of those years with State Farm), and I still love what I do every day. I bring energy and enthusiasm into the office, creating a workplace that's upbeat, supportive, and team-oriented. We're a family here, everyone genuinely enjoys working together and celebrating each other's wins. Community involvement is a big part of who we are. We're active in local events, support area businesses, and make it a priority to give back. I also encourage my team to get involved in causes that matter to them, because when we lift up our community, we all win. Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
