Responsibilities Install residential HVAC systems and related equipment Coordinate and complete installation projects on schedule Prepare material lists and assist with project planning Estimate job timelines and material requirements Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory Follow safety standards and industry best practices Deliver excellent customer service and professionalism Communicate effectively with customers and team members Qualifications Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and installation methods Possess industry-specific tools Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Physical ability to perform installation-related duties Excellent communication and teamwork skills Preferred Traits Positive, can-do attitude Professional appearance and demeanor Commitment to high-quality workmanship Desire for long-term career growth Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary: $25 - $35 per hour #J-18808-Ljbffr All Temperatures Controlled, Inc.
