Join Capstone CW Group as an Outside Sales Representative serving homeowners throughout Dallas-Fort Worth. This is a 100% commission sales opportunity with no base salary or hourly pay. We provide leads, schedule appointments, and offer product training.
WORK LOCATION
Home-based with required travel to in-person customer appointments throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You must be able to meet homeowners at their properties and have your own reliable transportation.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Attend company-scheduled appointments and meet prospective customers on site.
• Learn and present our carport, flooring, cabinet, and window solutions.
• Understand each customer's needs, explain available options, and guide purchasing decisions.
• Manage your assigned leads and sales pipeline, keep accurate notes, and follow up consistently.
• Address customer questions, overcome objections professionally, and close sales.
• Communicate sold-project details clearly to the team for a smooth handoff.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Strong communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Previous home services or home improvement sales experience is a plus, including flooring, roofing, solar, windows, cabinets, or carports.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage appointments and follow-up.
• Your own reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Dallas-Fort Worth.
• Willingness to learn our products and represent the company professionally.
• Comfort with compensation based entirely on sales commissions.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
